It has been a little while since our last linklog, so it is time that we share some more gems from around the net without.

During the research for our Smokey Yunick piece we uncovered a couple of really cool sites for free thinking car modifiers, firstly is this site for Trevor Lee Harris.  Containing details and pictures of his many projects from 1954 to present day.  They cover everything from the wild custom "Trevarri", through Can Am racing cars, to off road trucks for Baja.  The site also includes his non-car inventions and show Trevor to be a great engineering mind.

Similarly eclectic was Jakes Site a great archive of Super Modified racing cars from the US of A.  Like NASCAR in its hay day Super Modified really encouraged innovation and resulted in some wild machinery.  This site has many links within it and you can get lost for hours browsing the information and pictures it contains.

At the other end of our car world we were reminded by Rob about Minkara Carview.  Effectively a Japanese version of the ever popular Cardomain it has a great variety of projects within its site, from classic Japanese cars through to modern VIP, as well as a great range of 'non-Domestic' cars, including popular European cars like VW and Audi.  Here is a link to the translated version

Lets bring things a little closer to home with a fantastic gallery we found from Norway.  Bruze.nu is a varied and high quality gallery of events from Norway and Sweden, with both Vallåkraträffen and Gatebil events covered by the photographs you are sure to find something you like.  The whole thing highlights the quality and diversity of the Scandinavian scene.  Which includes some of the wildest cars we've seen.

Finally have something cool on two wheels for a change.  Air ride on a scooter... now that is big pimpin'
